Development

The Deep Run CIT junior class was assigned the role of creating a website for a nonprofit organization. Our team, assigned to create a website from scratch that reflected the many needs of our client, consisted of 8 members: 5 juniors and 3 sophomores. The Junior team consisted of our Project Lead Brandon Dean, Designer Phoebe Lin, Developers Austin Palmer and Nick Dunn, and Project Quality Assurance John Pickett. The Sophomore team consisted of Quality Assurance Calil Davis, Project Manager Robbie Kelly, and Developer Andrew Koh.

The deliverables required by the HPF included having a page for contributions, a history of the organization, a list of programs, a page for current events, a page showing board members, and a memoriam page. In addition, they stressed the need for an easy-to-use site that would be attractive. The project began in April 2010 and with a deadline of June 3, 2010. We successfully finished our project on time, and we hope that you enjoy all of our hard work!
